SILVER SALMON (Coho), Alaska native, rich in omega-3, and one of nature’s superfoods, we introduced to Georgia several years ago.

Raised in the waters coming out of the snowy Caucasus peaks just a few hundred yards from the farm, our salmon is kept in this pristine underground sourced glacial water at a constant 12.5 degrees Celsius year-round keeping fish healthy and lean. These perfect conditions for growing naturally healthy fish enable us avoid using hormones, vaccines, pesticides or antibiotics. We use only the premium, sustainable and certified GMO free feed from trusted international suppliers. Because our fish have never been in the ocean or in contaminated waters, they are guaranteed to be safe for consumption.

Invariably preferred by chefs for its muscular texture combined with a silky smooth flavor and accompanied by a pleasant cooking aroma, our salmon is grown at high altitudes of the isolated wilderness of our operations, which, along the cold, glacial water gliding through our farms that require the fish to be agile and fit as they swim against the continuous current, ensures that our GLACIAL SILVER SALMON  is unlike any other salmon.
